How do you store, organize, and share all your digital assets?
We are working a collaborative bookmarking tool that lets you collect, organize, and share bookmarks, photos and files effortlessly with friends, family and colleagues to plan vacations, schedule events, set out on a shopping spree, and more. We're only 17 in the team, so we chose to centralize links to all assets in Notion. Files are stored on Google Drive, and we also use 3rd-party tools like Figma.
@daniel_engels Thank you for sharing this. I understand you are referring to a professional setup here. Just a quick follow up question. How do you plan vacations, shopping, etc with friends and family?
@pritam_nanda92 I'm not that organized to have a special tool for vacation plans. It's just Google Docs at most. On some occasions I had to plan in advance due to administrative reasons (like, 3 month in advance to arrange a car rental in Cuba) and it was a headache.
For Digital Assets like Photos and documents, I use Drive. And we use Whatsapp groups for planning vacations with friends and families.

We store most organizational documentation on Notion, content on Google Drive, design and brand assets - on Figma. It's not highly sophisticated but works well for us.
@maya_ovice Thanks for sharing your preferred apps. We are in the final stages of launching Findz which is a collaborative bookmarking app that takes away the headache of using multiple apps for storage and collaboration of bookmarks, links, products, files, photos, videos, etc.

My team uses Asana and Google Drive to store, organize, and share all assets.
Which app do you use?
Confluence and Jira (by Atlassian) are the integrated tools to manage Teams' Documentation and files (the first) and Team task planning (the second). Confluence only allows managing a Calendar for the Team members to track vacations, absences, etc.
I appreciate you sharing this. I recognize that you are referring to a business setting here. The online review site starts the Storeopinion poll created at the Loblaws retail location. Customers and clients have the same opportunity to provide insightful comments on a recent visit to a Loblaws grocery store.
