How do you stay up to date with the latest trends in your industry?

A combination of Youtube and a network of personal friends in the field sprinkled with a light dusting of articles if something is particularly noteworthy.

There's too much information to keep track of, and most of it is just noise, so now I only follow a few Twitter accounts and blogs in areas I'm interested in.
