How do you manage your affiliate program?

We are setting up an affiliate program for our SaaS app. There are some platforms out there to automatically manage affiliates, but it's had to decide which is the best. Can you share your experience, if any?

today there are so many tools that help... its as hard as it used to be a couple years back.

Set the price that is competitive while still have profit and leave room for affiliate is very challenging.
