Usually, I do competitive research or bench marketing and research then I pick out the things I like from those things. That's how we keep our website up to date with user experience demand in our website.

@christian_canlubo I also used pinterest but it seems too scattered and mixed with random images so i don't use it anymore. Behance is organized better in terms of ui/ux design.
