We use it in User research, to generate questions for user interviews for future rewrites, and describe UX methodology for internal knowledge base which our designers later discuss, improve and finally use in working processes.

Basic text content production, jumped in on this right away. Shout out to all developers who saved me hours of blog/caption/promo email writing. Sure there are a lot more ways I can utilize AI but honestly, finding time to test new products/features is a luxury I can't afford in my current role.

I've personally integrated it into WhatsApp as a Chatbot but at a monthly subscription fee based on the package you choose. There are a lot of ways to integrate it. You just need to find where it fits and how you'll benefit from it as that's your main point of discussion.
