I Ask for it when I want to solve a problem.

@sentry_co Same! I always create a Google Form to collect users' opinions about a feature or problem.

Each review needs to be categorized, then for each category we need to figure out what to improve or what to remove.

As of my last training cut-off in January 2022, I don't have the capability to process or remember individual interactions, including feedback. However, I can provide guidance on how handling user feedback is generally approached in software development and product management.
