I struggle with this alot. Not just PH but general balance of family life and SaaS life!
I guess blocking off time and some serious planning - I need to start taking my own advice!

Like @shreya_gupta02 mentioned, set aside a specific amount of time for PH. Whatever you think is necessary, but not managing time, it can get overwhelming, and get lost in time.
@shreya_gupta02 @lucasdvb Exactly, also as in my experience, you don't need to spend a great portion of your day hanging on PH to have a successful launch.
Moreover, even being the first doesn't constitute to a product's future success. I've seen many first-place products that didn't have any significant success after their launch, however, on the other side, I've seen many products that had hardly got 20 upvotes managed to get popular and generate sales way more than many launch day winners.

Managing time between Product Hunt and family can be challenging, but setting boundaries and prioritizing tasks is key. Take breaks, communicate with loved ones, and remember, even tech enthusiasts need downtime! Cheers to finding that balance!

1-1:30 hour max everyday. Also, you should only spend enough time on product hunt if you know you will be getting the desired results for your product.
