How did you find team members for your side projects?

As a design major in college, I'm eager to launch a tangible app, but I'm facing challenges in finding suitable team members. Any advice or strategies you could share would be greatly appreciated.

For my SaaS IT development teams, I mainly use Twitter and LinkedIn to find great developers to join my team!
