I’ve learned to be a better communicator. I’ve learned to listen more. I’ve learned to keep an open mind in all situations because there are always different perspectives to a situation. And many more.

I have not had any formal experience as a community manager, but I believe both community managers and the members influence each other. And they should always be self-aware of the kind of influence they are having. This will help managers, members and the community to grow.

Yeah it's very influential. I've lived across the world, and I like to believe it has made me more open minded.
