How can my Product Hunt upvote decrease??

I have posted one product on the product hunt that is https://www.producthunt.com/post.... At one time my upvote was 52 but when I checked after some time they decrease to 26. How can this be possible? I also have the screenshot when my upvotes were 52. This is a very serious issue I think, How can upvotes decrease??

Hey Garvit, I heard sometime back from Product Hunt team when the same happened to FilterPixel. https://www.producthunt.com/post... which decreased from 400 to 150 Here is what they replied: Upvotes only go down when our system has detected bot activity, or fake accounts. Our team reviews and moderates each upvote in these cases to quickly remove the bot activity. The vote count going down in these cases is actually a good thing, as it means that the post is healthy and only receiving genuine activity from real users.
