How are all you builders and makers doing out there right now?

Not sure if it's just me but the current climate feels pretty brutal and finding it challenging to stay motivated and inspired. I would love to hear the good and the bad from everyone, as I believe both can be inspiring and comforting. Also, if you have any tips if you managed to get into a more positive situation from a bad one? If anyone else is struggling and wants to chat hit me up.

Team morale is good but the market outlook is certainly worrying -- trying to grow your product in a market where people are cutting costs everywhere is quite the existential factor to be juggling. Overall, I'm doubling down on what we feel will move the needle and trying to be ruthlessly focused on that.

@ianwdj we've set monthly revenue growth and MRR targets from now til the end of 2024 (although really the focus is on revenue between now and Dec specifically). Seems like an obvious answer, but we've made a lot of excuses to prioritize other stuff in the past based on being early-stage and pre-PMF. Mostly just trying to nip excuses in the bud more often recently.
