I’m a creator and actor who makes shorts and ads using generative AI. I used to handle everything on my own, but as my projects have grown, especially during busy seasons, it's become too much to manage alone. So, I'm looking to hire a producer and an editor to join me. However, I've never recruited team members before, so I could really use your wisdom! As an interviewer, what questions should I ask to assess their skills and capabilities? I'd appreciate any advice you have!
