Hi, I've heard it, but like a unicorn, i've heard about it, but never had a colleague that's a UX writer or met anyone.
Typically, in my experience, this problem is solved in a collaborative effort with marketing involved.
It sounds like a great T shape skill for a UX designer, really diving deep into owning and making best of writing content to imporove UX whilst designing a product.

heard about it for the first time I guess 4 years ago. and at that moment I thought that this might become a trend in the future. because this is like enhanced copywriting. but unfortunately, I still see that a lot of products underestimate the power of the text in your user's experience.
