My favorite productivity tool, hands down, is Clariti. This AI-powered app combines all my communication channels, documents, and calendars into contextual conversations. Clariti's AI automatically organizes information by topic, ensuring I never miss important details or lose focus due to scattered information. @efficient_builder923

I’m actually launching a productivity app next month. Trello has been great for communicating with my dev, tracking bugs, etc. I actually created a physical Kanban board with post its for my pre-launch marketing because I was so overwhelmed.

iBoysoft MagicMenu (Lite Edition) https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/ - a free, convenient Mac app that can add more functionality to the Mac's right-click menu. It helps me get work done more quickly than before. Only one click to create new files, copy or move files to different locations, permanently delete files, cut or paste files, swiftly access items, etc. Text Blaze https://www.producthunt.com/prod... - It is a text-expansion tool that helps you save time by creating shortcuts for frequently used phrases or snippets of text. When you type a shortcut, Text Blaze automatically expands it into the full text. I am using the Chrome extension version now.

One recent discovery from Product Hunt that has been a game-changer for my productivity is 'Notion'. It's an all-in-one workspace where you can write, plan, collaborate, and get organized. It allows you to take notes, add tasks, manage projects, and much more. I love how it integrates various aspects of my work and personal life in one place. The customization options are fantastic, making it easy to tailor the app to your specific needs. How about you? Any recent finds that have significantly improved your workflow?

TickTick is good. Notion is.....okay. Most PM and productivity tools aren't good because they are built for operational units, not people who have complete lives.
Loved the recent launch of Canva about its Magic Studio, its just an amazing feature.
