I hope so - I'm building one too. But it's a little more than just an AI chatbot: clickconnector. com ClickConnector is a customer support platform for SaaS products.

Personally, I think AI chatbots are still in demand. A lot of companies are looking for solutions to streamline customer service, so it's not oversaturated in my opinion.
