Does anyone have any recommendations for tools that allow you to earn money on demand per minute?

The platforms that come closest to "money per minute" are probably click work platforms like Clickworker or Amazon Mechanical Turk. These are not time-based, but on microtasks, which you can however perform in a minute or even less.
