I found Make.com (formerly Integromat) to be a much better experience.
I started to use it a couple of years ago, and the intuitiveness is far superior to anything else I have seen or tried, including Zapier.
Zapier is very primitive and clumsy and not worth the money. If you want to get things done, use n8 (okay, okay, it has a high learning curve). Use Make.com - it's the golden mean. It doesn't require any skills and has good functionality at the same time.
Absolutely! Zapier's a lifesaver for automating tasks. I use it to connect apps that don't normally "talk" to each other. A simple example - creating Trello cards from starred Slack messages.
