If you flip this question - why wouldn't they? Threads is not really creating any competition and Elon's got a massive cult-like following.

@kateryna_ostapenko_ No they’re not. I would assume this is largely due to Elon overexpanding - they’re spending big money on Grok to compete with OpenAI. Time will tell if Elon makes Tesla to be the cashcow behind Grok instead of X.

in Germany Twitter not common at all, so I can't give an opinion on that

I think so, it has many distinct features compared to many others. Also I think their userbase is quite strong. Twitter has tons of fans. Btw. We just launched!
