Try to, but actually depends on the period. When I have the routine in the morning I meditate for weeks but somehow it changes and then I don't meditate for weeks.. Do you have a routine to meditate everyday?

I do(ish)! I did everyday for a year a few years ago. I found it pretty helpful to maintain balance and keep stress low. But I did find, that while trying so hard to habituate it, I ended up meditating...mindlessly. Which obviously totally defeats the purpose. Now I just. meditate when I feel like I need it. If I'm in moments or periods of higher than normal stress, I'll whip out headspace and go for it. Now that I understand the techniques and the feeling I get from it, I think I use it more as a tool than a daily ritual.

Great question! I meditate every evening with my kids, to calm their minds in preparation for a peaceful sleep. There is so much research supporting the benefits of meditation! It's top of mind as I just updated one of our blogs on "How to think faster"! Meditation is strategy #4 - a great one for startup teams. Loads of other tips to support improvements in efficiency, enhanced problem-solving skills, perceived intelligence, increased reliance from others, boosted confidence, & reduced analysis paralysis.
