Do you have meetings on Friday?

Companies or people sometimes have no meetings on Friday's policy. How do you approach this?

Yes although it is discouraged by the team leader some people always try to setup meetings on Friday... sometimes I wonder if they are doing that to show their "positive" attitude to the leadership...
