Not really. Never get a carrot when the work is done correctly, but always get a stick when it is not.

in the first 8 months out of the year, yeah. our industry is seeing a decline in growth and activity, new stock/crypto traders aren't as abundant as they use to be. so we've also seen a decline in user activity- and with it the motivating feedback we use to get frequently.
