We ran early access promotions before building to validate real interest and willingness to pay — it worked well for us. Would love to hear how others approached this — pre-sales, landing pages, communities?

We only did a survey through my personal network to see if the problem we were looking to solve was one that resonated. It validated the pain point but didn't test willingness to pay.
Can you tell me more about these early access promotions? More specifically, what exactly was the promotion and where did you spread the word about it? I'm curious how you structured it to test actual payment intent vs. just interest.
@rohulp We did run this by building a community where I've gathered 40 people for early access through LinkedIn post. From these 40 we've got 15 people paid for a lifetime plan which validated that people are willing to pay for the solution.
