About
I've spent 25 years in small business, from my parents' retail shop to building and selling companies across multiple industries. Most small business owners don't fail because they lack hustle or ideas. They fail because they don't have the structured frameworks that bigger companies use. I was lucky to have great coaches and advisors, but most small business owners can't afford that guidance. That's what drives my mission: democratize access to world-class business coaching. My goal is to help 100,000 small business owners gain the clarity and systems they need to grow without burning out. Currently building ClaritySMB, an AI-powered platform that acts like having a business coach in your pocket.

Solo founders: how do you stay focused?
I'm currently a team of 1, and some days it can be hard (and lonely) to just keep grinding. Curious to hear from other solo builders here how you stay motivated and consistent over the long run?
Things helping me a lot right now:
Private community to share progress
Lots of small releases
Reaching out to current users to get more feedback and direct work
Reminding myself that it sometimes just takes time
🚀 Did you test demand before building? If yes, what worked best for you?
We ran early access promotions before building to validate real interest and willingness to pay it worked well for us. Would love to hear how others approached this pre-sales, landing pages, communities?
How do you handle pricing strategies and discounts?
When I was studying economics, we always said that we base the price on these basic things:
cost level
competition
prominence of the industry/product
