I use Notion AI to consistently generate content ideas and outlines for my social posts. It helps me maintain a regular cadence and takes a lot of the creative burden off my plate. Highly recommend checking it out if you struggle with content creation! 🙌
Two things:
1. Come up with a unique idea for content for each platform that will be interesting for the app users
2. Executing that idea
For now, I can see as the only option these 2 things: Using the help of AI + human force.
@busmark_w_nika I was thinking along the same lines and came across your comment, Nika—really good points! To add to your ideas, I think coming up with a unique concept, breaking it down into smaller sub-ideas, and then creating a content calendar can make the process more manageable. Plus, batch-creating content ahead of time helps keep everything consistent and stress-free.
For blog posts, it's sourcing images. I know that blog posts with several images do way better than text-only posts, but I don't always have great photos or illustrations to match the post.
A content idea bank. Every Sunday I brain dump 20+ random ideas into my Notes app and then share them with my team. It saves them time and no extra research!
When someone is paying you for this or when you are getting payment from your own website, this motivation keeps pushing you, and you keep doing it again and again. 😊️
The biggest challenge with creating consistent content is balancing quality with quantity. It is easy to get stuck in a cycle of rushing to publish something just to stay consistent, which can dilute the impact of your message.
To tackle this, I rely on a content calendar and batch-create whenever possible. Planning ahead helps me stay organized, and batching allows me to focus on one type of task – like for example writing or editing – without constantly switching gears.
Depends on the sort of content. If it is blogs, a load of research needs to go into each. With videos, one needs the technical skills and design aesthetics to make them impactful. For founders who are hard pressed for time and have limited budgetary resources to outsource.. content creation can be a huge challenge.
I've learnt the art of repurposing content... e.g. Think of long form and then convert it into a multitude of short format content assets.
