I prefer coffee a bit more. Sometimes, drinking tea in the evening can lead to insomnia, but coffee is usually fine.

I have a special from the army.
We brew instant coffee and mix it with Coca-Cola. The first part of the name of the soda will seem like baby talk!
Coffee is a great choice, but not after launch time. A white tee helps closer to the evening )
I used to easily get through like 10 coffees a day, but since then I switched to decaf coffee + tea instead.
Honestly my baseline level of energy is way higher, and now if I have real a coffee I appreciate it 100x more
