[Churn] - What would you do? Open to Ideas
We've built a community platform after years of frustration with existing tools. Growth has been strong, but churn is now a real concern. I'd love your thoughts.
Here's the problem: Customers subscribe, setup their communities, but do not actively build their communities.
Two promising communities recently left.
They simply liked to the communities from main websites and expected people to join and engage. A few months later they gave up.
This seems to be a pattern.
We're considering following options:
Offer community-building services: But most clients aren't ready to invest the time or money. Mostly because they don't see 'immediate RoI'. Community building takes months to gain momentum; but clients don't seem to care.
Go Wild: Use AI-powered bots to seed content and spark engagement
What'd you do? Open to ideas!

Not every brand deserves a community. Might be worth qualifying leads better. Build for those who want to nurture people, not just traffic.
