ChatGPT-based apps are all missing one thing

I fix bugs with ChatGPT. I write blogs with ChatGPT. I learn new stuff with ChatGPT. What I noticed? Detailed instructions is key. The best responses were when I provided a detailed instructions about what I want (example in the comments!) The idea: Creating a form-based platform to enable people creating highly instructive prompts easily. How would you use it? What cases you think structured prompts can be useful for?
