Build the product for yourself, and it should be something you personally really care about, you are the best user to ask for feedback then :) and it will probably match 80% of other users' requirements. Have a look at Wingtap, I'm launching it this week and I really hope it's as customer-centric as can be! Hoping to get your support, get notified :D
