Whats the value of a beta test beside product testing, and do you launch with the beta once the bugs are worked out.

@jimmy_spikes lol not many will publicly admit it. but it is why it's there. beta means your guaranteeing something won't work or will break

Products are more than the software. With beta testing you will understand better how much support you need, how to onboard new users, what questions they have, what is working, what is not working, what is not used and so on. So I would say it helps you improve your business processes, which is fundamental for a good and scalable business.
Getting early loyal supporters too - if they love the product despite the bugs they'll be great supporters!

You can find bugs earlier and will be ready for the actual launch. Another pro is these beta testers will be your supporters and can find more potential customers.
