Best week to launch in a month?

We are approaching to the end of Jan and I am wondering your thoughts about launching our product at the end of the month...do you see any difference launching early in a month or lately?

All the best for your launch! I don't think the beginning or end of the month has any specific significance. But launching on Tue, Wed, Thu have historically led to higher traction.
