Hey Julia, Absolutely, at Afosto, the line between coworkers and friends is pretty much nonexistent. We work closely and share a lot of laughs, but it's not all smooth sailing. We've faced our fair share of struggles, from tight deadlines to challenging projects that tested our limits. These moments pushed us to communicate openly, without any barriers, and honestly, it's when we've felt most like a team. Creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable being themselves, sharing both the good times and the bad, has really made a difference. We've had days where the stress was palpable, but being able to lean on each other, not just for work but for genuine support, helped us through. We celebrate our wins with office parties or a night out, but we also sit together to navigate our challenges, sometimes even over a beer or pizza after hours. This balance has helped us build not just a productive workplace, but a community where everyone feels valued and heard, even in tough times. So yes, we're friends, but it's a friendship forged through both triumphs and trials, making our bond stronger and our work environment truly unique. Cheers, Sander
I've found a happy medium where we maintain professionalism at work but also share a genuine camaraderie that occasionally extends to social gatherings outside the office. It's a great balance that keeps the work environment positive and collaborative.

It depends on the colleagues. If i trust somebody I share everything with my coworkers and it feels like a friendship. We are spending more time with our team than with our families. It's so important to have good relationships to your colleagues!

Surprisingly, yes, even though we all work from different parts of the world, our team is incredibly friendly. we would like to work together in person sometime.

I've found a sweet spot where I maintain professional relationships with my coworkers but also enjoy a friendly rapport that makes collaborating on projects more enjoyable. It's about balancing respect for professional boundaries with the camaraderie that comes from spending so much time together.
