Any tools to record my screen and my voice over at the same time?

I need to explain something again and again. I'd like to record the steps in a video and upload it to Youtube for my staff to understand.

Zoom works quite well for it. You can get up to 45 minutes video with the free version

I use macbook and here I have in-build app for record screen, you can use it with command + shift + 5

OBS or Prezi videos. The first one is the one streamers normally use and the second one is really easy to make those type of videos.
