What are the prices abroad?
Is it cheaper to buy a house in Bulgaria, for example, then build a house in your home country?
I am not a realtor, but I have real estate abroad. I bought an apartment in Mersin (south of Turkey) instead of a country house. Now we can enjoy the sea all summer long. The pros are many:
- The price from 700 euros per square meter;
- You can buy both ready-made with furniture and appliances, or without furniture;
- ready a rich infrastructure (water park, equipped beach, wi-fi, cafes, gyms, swimming pools);
- Utility bills only 450 euros per year;
- the opportunity to have two citizenships.
In the end, all super. I can't get excited)) Sometimes I rent out, which gives a small but additional income. There are a lot of tourists. It feels like they never run out. If you ever think about renting a property in Turkey with so many tourists, I recommend renting for 1 day. You get more per month.
