Wireframing on iPad Pro with Apple Pencil

Hi, is there a good app to scribble wireframes on the iPad with an Apple Pencil? I found some like Mockup or Ideate but they don't support layers and every line is fix after I draw it. Would be nice if there is a better way :)

You could use Procreate 3 and import wireframe templates.

I think Adobe Comp is worth a look; it's explicitly designed for layout and mockup design.
