Do you care about your Social Media Statistics?

Hi there! I'm wondering if you folks are by any means interested in your Social Media Statistics? Do you tack them on a regular basis with a tool? I find it quite hard sometimes to keep track of all the relevant data. What is it that you are most interested in?

It would be interesting to project reach of a given post/optimize it (based on hashtags used and their organic traction, the appearance of the post, things like promotion, etc.). You can obviously cobble this together through the native promotional tools IF you pay and create your own data set over time, but it would be cool to have at least a rough idea of what you can expect out of a given post based on what you put into it.
