50 days is solid. consistency in anything can spark growth and new habits. but always reflect on why you're doing it and what you're learning along the way. sometimes it’s not just the streak, but the daily small wins and insights you pick up. and if a day gets missed? no big deal. learn, adapt, keep moving. it’s the long game that matters most.
