Is there an option for both? I'm a big fan of Dr Carol S Dweck book Mindset where she talks about the growth mindset she discovered in her research. The idea is that people who have a growth mindset, believe their ability is linked to their efforts, so they can improve on any skill if they work on it.

I tried adding the ”Both” option but it's not possible anymore :(
