I built ftnss Workouts because I wanted a simple way to create structured workouts for my Apple Watch without dealing with clunky apps, subscriptions, or manual setup. This is the only app on the App Store that lets you describe a workout in natural language and sync it directly to the built-in Workout app. Just type what you want: warmups, intervals, cooldowns, specific goals like time, distance, pace, or calories...
