Most recently there have been a lot of great efforts made to increase the number of women in tech. In this episode we are joined by two talented women working at large tech companies in the Bay Area, Lisa Burgess (Uber) and Mars Jullian (Netflix). We discuss what it’s like to be a women working in tech and talk about ways we can help foster a more inclusive industry.
