I am amazed with Dashboard and it's look-n-feel, It's really great!!!! It' UI is easy to use and it's Response is very Fast appearing Graphs from the ping results. Also the reports are very to-the-point and can help my productivity to identify % of a problem on my locations/servers. With one word ... they are amazing. The New UX/UI are excelent and really fast to it's response. Also the support FAQ and the persons under Realtime Support are very helpful resolving any queries. The intergrations are very helpful informing me in realtime for any issues in my IT Infrastructures. Great Work Guys!!! Keep The Good Work !!!

This is going to give a lot of products a run for their money being free and having everything a small to medium sized business needs including monitoring, alerts, multiple check types and even status pages. I'm guessing this would tie in very nicely with the other Freshworks' products as well.

Pros:

- Love the friendly feel of this monitoring tool. Unlike all other "serious" tools.

- The Reports section is very detailed!

Cons:

- None that I can think of

Wow. Status pages for FREE! That's a killer. Now, finally I can stop paying for a status page. Can I remove the branding 'powered by Freshping' from the status page?

Thanks @priyaa_ramesh. You could also customize your status page & point it your own URL. Currently, you cannot remove the 'powered by freshping' from the status page.

Nice and clean product that is easy to handle and has some nice integrations to both freshworks and non-freshworks services. Support is quick and straight forward. Needs some tweeking in the final setup of all features but it seems to be well in progress.

@shan_shylesh Just waiting for the slack integration but as I know you are going to enable it soon ;) In terms of tickets for downtime in freshdesk it would be nice if the notification about uptime would be posted into the existing downtime ticket ;)

I monitor a popular community website for downtime using Freshping. The mobile version of the community is buggy and Freshping helps me understand if it is the site's problem or a bug that is denying me access through the phone. Setup literally took me under a minute!

Pros:

Simple to setup. Has a clean UI. Integrates with Slack.

Cons:

Nothing to report of as yet.

Great product, UX and support!! Its a hidden gem on Product Hunt and we are so lucky we found it. By far the best and easiest Status Page we've used, its almost entertaining to configure it, and it has a great free plan. There is absolutely no reason for not using it =]

Looks like a solid product. I was a little surprised that the dashboard wasn’t mobile friendly. That seems like a must have.

@connectshyam I absolutely love the large number of checks/status pages; I haven't seen that offered for free before. My only other suggestion would be to set a time zone either per account or per user. I'm on Eastern Time, and the emails list UTC. I can figure out the difference, but in an urgent message (like an outage) it's nice to not have to do that.

@alexsmacd completely agree. UTC is not intuitive esp. while reviewing alerts when they went down and as a user one has to do a timezone conversion. Appreciate you for taking time not just to highlight the problem but also go one step ahead and think about a suitable.solution #respect. Thanks alex. We will get this in soon. Please feel free to keep sharing any inputs pros/cons here or via the inapp chat widget. We actively support 9a-9p ist timings on our chat channel.

50 Checks at 1 minute interval is amazing. The UI is intuitive. Can I pause the monitoring during maintenance, so that I'm not suddenly bumped up with a load of emails?

Thanks a lot @vignesh_kumar_rk for the review. We don't have 'Pause monitoring' right now. We've already gotten a few requests for it & are considering bumping that up in our roadmap. We'll keep you posted on the progress.

Pros: All in one solution + Custom public status pages Cons: Once I completed all the setup, I received a "504 Gateway Time-out" on my public status page.

@jorgecerda thanks for the input. Our team is looking into the 504 issue. The app is working, status page is having some delayed response, could be due to the PH love... :) . We are on it & will post here once this issue is fixed.

Are the status pages really Free forever? Are we limiting the status pages, one per account, as in Pingdom?

Pros:

Checked it out briefly. Was able to on-board the checks quickly. The UI looks sleek.

Cons:

Nothing yet.

Hi saravanan, sorry we saw this msg late. Status pages are free and we don't restrict 1 status page per account. We provide upto 5 pages per account in our free forever plan. Hope this helps. Please let us know your experience of using status page. My team is eager to hear more feedbacks.

Smooth experience setting up. Nice holistic view of all sites being tracked. The public status page is also a neat touch.

Pros:

Simple and easy to setup and use

Not totally bad, but could use SMS notifications

Freshping is a huge upgrade over Insping. From the look and feel of the page, to the revamped core system. It is very easy to set up which team members will receive which alerts, and the alert system in general is very robust. It integrates nicely into other Freshworks applications, and also with Slack and web hooks.

Pros:

Hugely improved UI makes Freshping easy to use, and also easy to look at.

Cons:

There are some slight issues detecting my HTTPS endpoint.
