@nikido Looks pretty interesting. Our current product gives us unlimited minutes though, the per-minute cost makes me a little apprehensive.

@nathanpalmer I understand. Our idea to charge per call stems from the fact that businesss rarely have same volume of calls every month. We did not want to charge a flat fee irrespective of whether you made/received calls during that month. I would request this - Do give us a try for a month and we will sit down and work out how to arrive at a good package for you depending on your call volume. I am sure we can build a great partnership.

I do not recommend this company or product. I keep trying the suite of "Fresh" products yet the customer support consistently lets the company down. I have been qualifying different cloud based voip solutions for my team of 50. Freshcaller came at the top of the list mostly based on price. I began a trial of Freshcaller this week (support ticket number 4758154) The trial process requested that I entered my CC details in which is quite normal for SAAS companies. Freshcaller immediately charged me fo the subscription and now refuses to refund me. I have dealt with over 6 different customer support people, all shirking responsibility or moving me to a different department. The customer service process has been insanely frustrating for such a simple request. I do not recommend Freshcaller. Take a look at Cloudtalk instead, after testing them the call quality and service is incredible.

That's great, but I think that an experienced call center operator will be able to maintain a dialogue with the client, regardless of the equipment. Professional equipment is needed when the company specializes in constant work with clients, more about call centers can be found here https://www.creative.onl/startup.... I often used a call center to develop my business, because I didn't have enough time to take requests from customers. Perhaps Freshcaller will be useful for those who are just starting out in this business. This is fine for startups, but if you want to develop, you'll need equipment.
