Very clean and to the point. Just a thought - it'll be great if one can use the assumptions and share the rationale & result on social network - may be social network within the tool. And a quick question: are you considering growth rate compounded or simple ? Overall great product, mate.

@spsrinivas30 I was also thinking it would be helpful to adapt the tool to people getting job offers from unlisted companies. Maybe they could input last valuation and strike price or something like that.
