Thanks a bunch for checking Flora out! We’re super excited that it’s finally out, and we thought you might like to know how the inspiration and idea came about.
We initially intended for Flora to be a referral reward for MetaPals, a browser extension that allows you to grow virtual pets from your browser screen. It’s a teaser for how it can help alleviate stress and make your online experiences more fun and engaging, while still retaining our goal of helping users improve productivity.
Both MetaPals and Flora are made with a fervent determination to improve mental wellness around the world, especially in this age where WFH is becoming a ubiquitous standard and we’re all melding with our electronic gadgets. We hope amidst all the early-day bugs that you find joy and focus in using Flora, and we’d love to hear what you think of it in the comments here.
