So now itโs easy to comment on app animations, group feedback into projects, share screen-by-screen or a whole project andโฆ collaborate with your team. Oh, and it's absolutely free!

Iโm so excited for todayโs Flawless Feedback 2.0 launch!
We all know how hard it is to give feedback over live mobile applications. You canโt simply create screenshot on your laptop, you canโt really collaborate on those screenshots and the whole thing is just tent to disappear in Slack messages.
Back during the winter 2018, after talking to numerous product companies and mobile agencies weโve noticed a simple patters โ in 99% of mobile companies, designers/QAs/Project Managers leave comments on real mobile application.
By making screenshots on the phone, sending those screenshots to the laptop, annotating and sharing all of that using Slackโฆ
Well, I and my team saw a way we can improve it!
We made few clickable prototypes, shared it with 20+ designers (if one of them are reading it now, know - we love you!). In 2 weeks we changed 5 or 6 design iterations before actually building anything. By making this constant prototype-feedback-improve cycle we saved ourselves a lot of time.
Thanks to this initial feedback from early testers, together with our engineering team, we were able to deliver first working MVP in a month or so.
To keep the pace going we have set a goal to deliver product release every Thursday. The concept called release train when everything youโve implemented during the week is going โwith the trainโ straight to the users.
After 3 months of such iteration and improvements, we had the first alpha. And sure enough, our great users have reported and requested 100+ new features which we have gladly added to our roadmap.
The first version was usable which is the criteria for the MVP really. After that, we move forward and after 6 months we made the product really stable.
Thanks to the input from our users we understand missed parts and delivered on them. The biggest things are:
- An ability to collaborate with the team members, commenting live apps together.
- Structure feedback in projects instead of infinite feed of screenshots
- Increased quality of the AirPlay stream and streaming using a Lightning cable
When building a product itโs always good to remember that as a small team you canโt focus on everything at once. This step-by-step approach allowed us to come to the place we are right now with the product. And even tho we have a lot of thing on the roadmap and ahead โ weโve already achieved a lot.
Of course, all of that would never happen without the dedication of our users and the support from community. Thanks to them we can keep improving the product and making feedback process easier.
Such a great update from the talent team. Happy to be a part of the beta tester of Flawless Feedback. Feature with the collaboration looks pretty awesome.

New features in Flawless Feedback Web Application:
- Screenshot view is now private, so your project is only shared with your team members
- Keyboard events for Login/Sign up form
- Email view in header to know who is signed in the web application
Such a great product to streamline feedback and change requests!
Any plans for a feature that allows you to export data?
@evil_developer Hello, thanks for your question! It does not support now, but I'd like to add your suggestion to our features list.
Just downloaded this and got super excited because of how quick and seamless the connection to Airplay was. (felt like a kid on christmas day)
Can already see how this will be super useful for my product team!
Ah, it disconnected and now I can't reconnect via Airplay. Tips on how to restart the connection?
@mikedane7 thanks for the comment, Mike! As we're a 5 person team it's really important for us to keep the focus on one thing at a time. We decided to start with iOS as that's where we have the most expertise (our another product, Flawless App, helps developers compare design and implementation inside iOS Simulator) and that's where we can deliver fast results and value for our users.
No doubts if there will be enough requests, we'll support other platforms like Android.
Can you please tell us a little bit more about your thought on supporting other platforms and why you think this might be important for your use case?

@thalion_pb thanks)) ๐ We release new updates every week to users, so it allows to get feedback fast. Now we put all updates in a new release :)
@v_dovbyshchuk Thanks for the question! Indeed there is a way to stream from the simulator. We've received a few requests but decided not to focus on this one yet

Indeed, giving feedback previously was a long and tedious process. So we decided to improve it!
๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ ๐ต๐ผ๐ ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐น๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
1. Mirror iOS app to your Mac via lightning cable or Screen Mirroring. One click and you are done!
2. Comment mirrored app right from your Mac, fast and simple.
3. Annotate high-resolution screenshots of app screens. Just click on needed screen from your iPhone and comment screenshot on your Mac.
4. Record a gif of flows and animations, then comment gif on your Mac.
5. Group feedback into projects. So if you have several apps, your screenshots and gifs with comments will be well-organized.
6. Share all your valuable feedback screen-by-screen or as a whole project.
7. Invite team members to leave visual feedback on live iOS apps together.
