We are a happy customer and I am glad to see the Fitbots team here @vidyas1 . I remember trying OKR with 15Five few years back and then in 30 days, we managed to lose all the steam. It was only when Vidya and her team helped us, we were able to build our cadence, we were able to align the org. 2nd year and running.

We implemented OKRs 4 years back but failed epically. Later we started working with Fitbots 2 years back and have been following with weekly and monthly cadence using Fitbots. This is one thing that ensures we as an org are updated on where we are heading while working virtually! Kudos to @vidyas1 , Kashi and the entire Fitbots team!

Used Fitbots and the solution and the team itself is great I. ensuring that there is a successful implementation to OKRs and the process .
Much needed! Have experienced the power of OKRs firsthand at a previous org. They were a great mechanism to align various GTM teams (Product, Marketing, SDRs, Sales, CS, etc.) toward a common revenue goal. But we executed it using sheets and it was not just cumbersome but also erratic, limiting the benefits we derived.
