A special thank you to @hnshah for hunting us today 🎉 Hiten, you hunted us when Fellow originally launched in 2019, again for Fellow v2.0, and now for Fellow 3.2. It means so much to have you continually support us along our journey! Now… Fellow 3.2 🤩 You may be wondering, how do we figure out what it is we want to build? If you could imagine the world’s greatest meeting host as a person, they are amazing at masterfully crafting the best meetings possible. They make meetings: ✅ Productive ✅ Effective ✅ Inclusive ✅ A great use of everyone’s time ✅ Move work forward …and when you come out of them, you are completely energized. Well, we’re building Fellow, the software, to do all of that for you and for everybody that uses it. Fellow is becoming a smart meeting assistant - and we are looking to build the world’s greatest meeting assistant! It would be more useful if it was possible to make calls (simply voice calls are fine IMO) through Fellow, directly, instead of having to use two tools at the same time. It could be difficult to explain to other participants.

@anna_0x a quick Loom video embedded in the first stream you share with a teammate may help. That's what I do. Or a video call and a quick screen share. ;)

I love Fellow and wish all my previous companies I worked for had used it. Just saw the banner you're on Product Hunt when I went to login this morning and wanted to say thank you for creating this! Once it gets integrated with Basecamp it will be even better! Although I think I just need Zapier for that. Meeting timer is so simple but really handy

Interesting product! Could you highlight some aspects that make this meeting host stand out, compared to e.g. Zoom or Microsoft Teams?

Instead, we are a meeting management software that connects directly to your calendar and helps you run more organized, effective and strategic meetings by: Allowing you to build meeting agendas collaboratively with your team. Take meeting notes in real-time as the discussion is happening (This is where you can add a Zoom, Teams or Meet extension to have Fellow right within your meeting so you never have to jump between tabs 🤩). Keep a record of every meeting note taken so you never forget what was discussed! Assign action items and talking points to team members to facilitate accountability. and so much more!
