How often do you gather testimonials?

If you don’t have a website or landing page yet, where do you usually keep or share your testimonials?

Socials? Google? Notion? Somewhere else?

I’m asking because I really want to understand how people handle this. What do you usually do if there's no website to point people to?

We’re working on a solution for this, but before diving in, I’d love to hear how you actually collect and share testimonials across different platforms.

Drop your process .. Would like to know "your point of view"

We collect feedback and separate it into Excel, where we create descriptions for each one and include it in revision or development.

I get testimonials here and there from clients through DMs, emails or voice notes. I usually screenshot and save them in an album on my phone. No website yet, so I keep things visual like highlights on Instagram and posts on LinkedIn.

@priyanka27 Great Question! You can use socials like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit to collect the feedback. These are highly recommended plateforms to get testimonials, grow an audience.

This is in my workflow I would say or suggest. Thanks

Depends on the size & industry really @priyanka27 imo . Here are my thoughts:

For Saas:

Eg. a seed stage would ideally maintain in Google sheet with column "Feedback" -> once they adopt a CRM (which in general is rare without having a website) -> the next set of feedback is then in CRM -> followed up G2, Tekpon etc.

For Non-saas company:

eg: cafes - it's Google Reviews, word of mouth, zomato / uber eats / Too Good to Go / swiggy etc food delivery apps reviews, booking app reviews etc.

So it depends on the TA you are trying to solve for -> who is it for you ?
