Have been using for a couple months and love Feedier. It's a beautiful way to request feedback from your customers. It also can be used as a lead magnet/content upgrade delivery system in exchange for feedback and it makes in insanely easy to offer incentive to your feedback request. For me at least, this used to require hacking together multiple system.

This product is great, really. I was looking for a simple yet visual way to collect feedback from my students and Feedier has helped me do that in a much better way that I was doing so far (Google Forms 😅). I'm really happy I decided to go with them.

Let me explain you. - Feedier do more than surveys or NPS - Feedier is built from scratch to engage your customers. Our technology knows whether the customer is happy or not and therefore we can provide the right engagement to the right user. Asking 5-star reviews only to customers being at least 80% satisfied for example. - Feedier adapts the questions to the customer. Thanks to the first step we know whether the customer is happy or not and why. We can therefore adapt the question to any customer based on that. The experience is unique! - Feedier aims to create a relation between your team, your customers and your products. - Feedier makes it easy for you to share your surveys to the right customers. We will send the emails for you, write your social posts and even let you embed them right into you website. - And finally, Feedier gamify with a complete framework, and the ability to send rewards at the end of the survey. You can define the probability, a limit, but also the kind of reward you want (voucher, money, file, etc.) ​ Hope that helps! 😅

@baptistedebever Thanks for the detailed answer. We have been struggling with customer satisfaction surveys for a long time. At first we used to send out a 5 question survey. Around 1% of our customers would fill it out and around 90% of the responses were positive. We used to follow up on the negative ones and rectify what we could. But, the retention rate stayed flat! We ultimately realized that, the people who had a negative experience never filled it up. Our surveys were worthless. Ever since then I've been looking at other options. Right now I'm trying out NPS and we have finally started getting the kind of feedback we were looking for. Things which point our real problems with our system. Asking that one question, whether you will recommend it to other, is really powerful. I think customer surveys are a hard problem to solve. You have to be careful to make it unbiased. If you only get positive responses, it will hide the problems that you should be paying attention to. I hope this helps. I wish you all the best. 👍

I have been using this software for about 4 months now. I am in love with the concept of Feedier. It really does make talking a boring survey fun. My clients are excited to know that they are going to receive a gift, price or coupon at the end of sharing their feedback. It has embedding and stand-a-lone sharing options, and I believe Feedier now has a chatbot feature, or either it will be coming, as I have not used that feature yet. The only thing that I am missing that I am hoping will be added is a Quiz feature that can tally up scores. But Feedier has everything else I need. The user interface is very beautiful and clean. I enjoy signing on to it. And now with the great Affiliate program that the creator is offering, I am happy to share such a wonderful product with my circle and hopefully have the opportunity of making a little extra cash as well. It's a win win using Feedier. I am looking forward to seeing this software grow to even more amazing then it already is. Count on this developer. If you are not familiar with him then look him up, he is known for creating beautifully working and stunning products. Keep your eye on this one!

I have been using feedier for the last month, great product easy to set up and use. It does the job! Baptiste and the team have been great with support and guidance in getting us set up. Most important thing is it works and the customers find it easy to use.
