Explain Everything is a well-used tool in education for explanatory videoes. And it's very good. To start with Explain where only for recording videoes but has since focused more on real-time whiteboard collaboration. They have an Explain Everything Whiteboard app that focuses on video creation alone and I can only recommend it. We have teachers who use the ability to create a video where they annotate a PDF assignment from the students. A nice way to give feedback.
