The eCommerce landscape is evolving faster than ever. Lockdowns, social distancing and more such restrictions due to the pandemic have made customers move to online shopping and for many, this shift is now permanent. With decreasing attention span, and an ever-growing list of items to select from, online shoppers nowadays demand a personalized shopping experience. However, the concept of personalization can mean different things for retailers and customers alike, which is resulting in different levels of customized experiences across the eCommerce industry. Much obliged for sharing this report. It is something. I'm going to restart my business soon and with the insights presented there, it will be definitely easier and more efficient. There are many opportunities to optimize your eCommerce business today and to make it more attractive to customers. Such detailed reports definitely come in handy although it's not the only option. Say, I want to start implementing AI tools like Competera to allocate less time to the management of prices. Also, I'm thinking of moving away from WordPress since I find it less flexible than other platforms. Hopefully, with this branch of tools and the report, I'll succeed with the restart.
